PRICING
Please Note that all pricing is in U.K. Pounds and inclusive of VAT.
Orders shipped outside of the E.U will have the VAT (17.5%) deducted.
SHIPPING
The cost of shipping shown on the site is relevant only to the U.K
Shipping outside of the U.K will be more expensive. These costs will be communicate
to you by email. Your order will only be processed on your acceptance of these shipping
charges.
DELIVERY
The delivery of goods will depend on their being available.
We will try to use a service that is cost efficient. The service used will depend
on the weight of goods ordered.
In the case of urgent orders, please contact us and confirm availability.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS
If you wish to cancel an order, you should notify us within seven working
days,
beginning the day after the goods are delivered.
The goods should be returned unused and in a saleable condition with any relevant
packaging or labels.
The goods will be returned at the customer’s expense, however in the case of
faulty/misdescribed or defective goods, the cost to return the goods will be refunded
by us the seller.
Refunds will be made to the card used in the transaction. This will take place once
the goods are received by us the seller in the condition stated above and without
delay.
If you wish to cancel an order before you have received the goods, you may do so
in
writing or by email or by telephone using our contact information on the web site.
GENERAL
Although we do ship out of the E.U it is best to contact us if you are in
doubt of whether we ship to your country as we do not ship to all regions.
All performance products purchased from us should be used within the law.
All products on our website are subject to availability.
No goods will be sent out before full payment is made.
Your statutory rights are not affected.
